On the forenoon of 15th of April, an accident happened on M.V CMA CGM COLOMBA during the regular lifeboat practice staying at berth 13 of Yantian Terminal. Three seamen fell into the sea with the lifeboat. Two of them died and the rest one serious injured.      

After the falling, some oil overflowed from the lifeboat. B.Y assisted the MSA for the rescue operation and also took active oil spill response measures to prevent the upgrade of the accident.
