B·Y holds that oil spill handling and marine pollution prevention & environmental protection are complementary and closely related. Only when one company is equipped with a strong oil spill emergency power, can it be qualified for providing escort service for customers.

1.  In September 29th, 2009. An oil leaking accident happened in the Shenzhen Brightway oil-transferring port,  we took part in the emergency response action after receiving the notice from MSA and finished the offshore cleaning after more than 10 hours' hard working.

2.  On  October 11, 2008, the vessel APL EXPERIENCE which was heavily polluted by the leaking fuel both in the cargo hold and ship side called Yantian port, appointed by the MSA, we undertook the cleaning work for it.

3.  July 16, 2010, an accident of oil spill occurred in Dalian sea area, our company's partnerZhongyuan Petroleum Chemical Co.,Ltd., was authorized by Dalian MSA to carry out the emergency response. Zhongyuan dispatched its oil spill emergency response commanders and barges with pollution prevention equipments to take part in this action.

 4.  On the forenoon of 15th of April, an accident happened on M.V CMA CGM COLOMBA during the regular lifeboat practice staying at berth 13 of Yantian Terminal. Three seamen fell into the sea with the lifeboat. Two of them died and the rest one serious injured.      

After the falling, some oil overflowed from the lifeboat. B.Y assisted the MSA for the rescue operation and also took active oil spill response measures to prevent the upgrade of the accident. 

       

Our company has engaged in several tasks on oil spill response which is a proof of our ability on oil spill response, but we are not self-satisfied. We will actively join in the exercises of oil spill response and  gradually improve ourselves.

1. On 1st of June, 2009, Shenzhen MSA organized an oill spill response exercise at Daya  bay. As an oil spill emergency response member company, we participated the exercise as a leader.

2. On 2nd of March 2010, Shenzhen MSA organized an oill spill response exercise at Yantian port. Three barges of our company with experienced team and specialized facilities participated the exercise.

 

3. On 14th of December,2010, the first oill spill reponse exercise to LNG vessels was held on the offshore sea near the Dapeng bay natural gas receiving station of  Shenzhen. Our company participated  the exercise as a main force.

4. On 29th of October, 2010, MSA successfully held the first oill spill reponse exercise of Dachan bay by leading 3 antipollution companies including our company.
