The company has signed a contract with Shenzhen Hopeland which is directly under the administration of Shenzhen MSA, thus we have our advantage on oil spill control and pollution prevention as below:

A.The company has the certificate on oil spill emergency response which is issued by Shenzhen Maritime Search and Rescue Center. We are qualified on offshore search and rescue operation. 

B.We are granted to use the only professional trash-cleaning barge named “WEI LAN No.2”, which improves our ability on oil spill emergency response.   

C. The company has storage of pollution control equipment with the size of 1000.0 square meters and has the right to use the pollution control equipment in the eastern area. We possess bountiful resource on pollution control.

The company has signed agreements with Yiulian Dockyards Limited, CNAF ( China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation ) , CAO ( China Aviation Oil  Corporation Ltd.), Guangdong Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station and Brightoil  to carry out oil spill response and emergency services jointly.

2. Marine oil spill response, emergency services;

3. Shipboard oil spill response, emergency services;
