◆Apr.2010 B.Y seaclean signed an oil spill response contract with Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station.

◆On the forenoon of 15th of April, an accident happened on M.V CMA CGM COLOMBA during the regular lifeboat practice staying at berth 13 of Yantian Terminal. Three seamen fell into the sea with the lifeboat. Two of them died and the rest one serious injured. After the falling, some oil overflowed from the lifeboat. B.Y assisted the MSA for the rescue operation and also took active oil spill response measures to prevent the upgrade of the accident.

◆July 16, 2010, an accident of oil spill occurred in Dalian sea area, our company's partnerZhongyuan Petroleum Chemical Co.,Ltd., was authorized by Dalian MSA to carry out the emergency response. Zhongyuan dispatched its oil spill emergency response commanders and barges with pollution prevention equipments to take part in this action.

◆Aug.2010 B.Y Seaclean became a member of China Shipowners' Association.

◆Jul.2010 Superintendent of the environmental protection evaluating department of HAMBURG SÜD

visited our company. 

◆Between September and November in 2010, our company had successively and successfully completed the tasks of tank cleaning for seven 300,000 ton class ships such as Sossego, Paqueta and Platt at a prescribed time. Baoyu is grateful for the trust and support from all the ship owners and we are fully capable of cleaning tanks for the 300,000 ton class tankers.

◆On 29th of October, 2010, MSA successfully held the first oill spill reponse exercise of Dachan bay by leading 3 antipollution companies including our company.

◆Our company and Shenzhen Hopeland Company Limited. signed the agreement to be strategic partners: our company operates all the business of Hailong industry Co., Ltd. Including Oil-Spill Response oily water receiving, refuel guardianship and tank cleaning.

◆On August 9th, 2011, the biennial Universiade has been held in Shenzhen. To ensure that all the water sports will be well afoot, we sent out professional staff and barge to lay 2500m of oil containment boom on the open sea area of Dameisha under the request of the MSA, perfectly accomplished the assignment and make a good contribution to the Universiade.

◆On 23rd Feb, 2012, MV Zhen He of COSCO has crushed with MOL MANEUVER of MOL in the water area near Dangan island of Guangzhou. Zhen He was heavily damaged which may lead to oil spill anytime. Under the order of the MSA, despite of the limited time and terrible weather, we kept guard and took emergency actions actively, and finally complete the rescue to avoid a disaster. The emergency action, which has been highly praised by the ship owner COSCO and the Shenzhen MSA, is a magnificent milestone of Baoyu's SPRO process.
