With the development of economy and technology, railways, goods transportation in Asia pacific region are developing tremendously these years. On the other hand, thought China enjoys three positions in the world ports ranking, its development is still far from satisfactory. The integration of sea-rail intermodal transport, the inefficiency of supporting system and the ability of innovation still limit China's developing steps. The whole industry is look forward to achieving a high-integrated, high efficient and green transport development mode. Under this background, in 1st March 2009 the state council of China issued "The Restructuring and Revitalization Plan of China's Logistics Industry", which plan the relevant projects of Intermodal Transport's transit facilities.
