On July 24^th, 2012, the deputy section chief of Shenzhen Dachan marine department Huang Zhiqiu, the section chief of Shenzhen crisis prevention office Lin Haifeng, the manager of antifouling department of Shenzhen Baoyu Zhen Xiaoqun, the general manger of Qingdao Baoyu Li Siyou and the manager of security department of Shenzhen airport Yi Bo made an inspection to the Huangdao marine office of Qingdao marine bureau together. During the inspection, the Huangdao marine office introduced their experience in preventing oil spill accident and handling of dangerous goods. Both parts exchanged opinions on relative problems.

In the end of the inspection, they paid a visit to Huangdao second-period oil terminal with the company of the leaders from Qingdao marine bureau. The inspection further reinforced the cooperation of the two parties and laid a solid foundation for improving the ability of prevention of pollution.
